He is a certified Master of Scotch and currently a Master of Whiskey candidate through the Council of Whiskey Masters, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and deep knowledge of whiskey. 

Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, Tavo oversees The Whisk(e)y, one of the region’s premier whiskey-focused bars known for its extensive selection and dedication to exceptional guest experiences. Throughout his career, he has combined leadership with a passion for education, helping both industry professionals and enthusiasts develop a greater appreciation for whiskey.
